Sweden outdoor map

Welcome to my personal map of Sweden’s outdoors. A collection of my favourite photo spots, hikes, scenic views and peaceful adventures. Every location on this map is one I’ve visited myself, experienced in real life, and photographed with my own camera.

This isn’t about extreme adventures, just the right amount of wild to spark your sense of wonder. Think hidden waterfalls, quiet forest trails, mountain viewpoints, and cozy wind shelters. Places that are (mostly) easy to reach, but still make you feel like you're far away from it all.

For the hiking trails, I’ve added extra trail info to help you prepare, so you know what to expect before you go. Whether you’re planning your next roadtrip, outdoor escape, or slow travel adventure, I hope this map helps you discover the kind of places that stay with you long after you leave.

Start your Swedish adventure today and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Hi! I'm a Dutch outdoor photographer who fell in love with Sweden during my first trip in 2021. In 2022, my boyfriend and I spent six months exploring Sweden together. After those six months, we knew we didn’t want to return to the Netherlands. Since then, we’ve continued discovering new corners of this beautiful country, both for my work and our own adventures.

As a photographer, I focus on capturing the story of outdoor experiences and the feeling of being connected to nature. Whether I'm out on a shoot or hiking just for fun, I’m always chasing beautiful light, wild landscapes, and peaceful moments.

On this map, I share my favorite places, scenic road trips, and practical tips. All based on my own experiences and real journeys through Sweden.

I hope it inspires you to explore this country in your own way, at your own pace.
