The Sicilian cannolo is a must-try dessert when in Sicily, consisting of a bow tie-shaped crust filled with sheep ricotta cream and topped with candied orange or cherry. Don't be fooled by imitations outside of Sicily! In Cefalu, this is the best place to try it, it also offers a balcony seating with views of the sea, make sure to go in and find a spot if you wish to relax a little.

Remember, it's cannolo, not cannoli!
