Palermo Cathedral, located in Sicily, Italy, is a Roman Catholic church with a mix of architectural styles due to its long history of additions and renovations. Built in 1185 on the site of an earlier Byzantine basilica turned mosque, the cathedral features a neoclassical appearance from the 18th century. It houses royal and imperial burials, including those of King Roger II and Emperor Frederick II, as well as a treasure trove of relics and artefacts.

You can buy a variety of tickets to visit The Bishops' Rooms - Archbishop's Palace - Diocesan Museum, Roofs, Royal Tombs, and many more ticket types are available here! Or you can just go in and look at the interior of the cathedral for free.

The cathedral's interior boasts intricate decorations, chapels dedicated to saints, and a unique meridian used for timekeeping and astronomical observations.
