There is a circle path for about 6km of moderate intensity that goes around the Roque de las Animas with views of this sharp rock and west coast of Anaga. The hike is easy, although some parts are a bit steep and quite rocky, so you need to wear good shoes.

Park the car in the area around Roque las Animas restaurant and check on maps.me the beginning of a path towards the Playa San Roque beach. Above it on Caserio Lomo Blanco road there is another trailhead that goes above the rock.
