Just a man, a wok, and a small roadside setup on Soi Ratchadamri 2. No English, no explanations. Everything is only in Thai.

We ordered the Pad Thai with tiny dried fish and prawns. Salty, smoky, intense - total bomb. The kind of plate you finish and immediately look at each other like… ok, that was serious.

Nothing fancy here. Just plastic chairs, heat from the wok, and proper flavor.
