The Húsafell Stone is a legendary lifting stone in Iceland, weighing 186 kg (410 lb). It's located in a sheep and goat pen built in 1756 and has been used as a test of physical strength. According to Icelandic folklore, there are three levels of strength measured by the stone: lazybones, half-strong, and full-strong. Many strongmen have carried the stone around the pen, with records set in competitions. Replicas of the stone have been used worldwide, and the original stone remains a symbol of extreme physical strength and endurance.
