This is one of my favorite restaurants located at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Bar Down Tavern is located at the base of Peak 7. The easiest way to get here is by parking at the gondola and taking the Gondola up to Peak 7. Independence lift leads to some of my favorite runs on the mountain and you can hop right on after eating or ride down and eat! My favorite appetizer was the Pork Belly Lettuce Cups and I loved the Steak Sandwich!
