From the team behind HERD — Newquay’s beloved burger joint — Rosa is a brilliantly fun combination of 18-hole mini golf, American-Italian food and a proper cocktail bar. The course has been on this site since 1962 (it was once home to penguins) and has been fully renovated. Walk up for golf any time from 9am, then head inside for wood-fired pizza, pasta and cocktails. No bookings needed unless you’re a group of eight or more.
