The experience of visiting Gruieț Cave begins with the safety briefing and the presentation of the equipment. To reach the cave entrance, you start on a short 10-minute hike.

Gruieț Cave is perfect for a first speleological experience because it has a little bit of everything: large halls, small spaces, climbing, a small underground watercourse, formations, mud, but also fauna specific to the underground environment. After passing through the largest hall of the cave, the spaces narrow down, but not excessively. You advance along the watercourse until we reach an ascending zone where, through an easy climb, we reach the upper level of the cave. Here the spaces are concretionary and the formations are abundant.
