Battery Spencer is easily one of the best places to go for jaw-dropping views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Period, hands down, end of story. It gives you a perfect vantage point to see the bridge, the San Francisco skyline, and some of the Marin Headlands.

This spot is very popular, so it can get busy fast, especially during peak season. To beat the crowds, try to visit on weekdays, get there early in the morning, or go during the shoulder seasons. Or do all three, and you might just be the only one there!

Either way, you will not be disappointed visiting Battery Spencer. Even if you're a local and you've seen the bridge a million times, if you haven't been here, you need to change that now!
