Marvel Lake is a stunning lake in Banff NP that you can see along the hike into or out of Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park via Wonder Pass.

While the lake is impressive, it’s best appreciated from the higher trail vantage point along the Wonder Pass trail rather than from its shoreline (which is closer to trailhead), so we would say it is not really worth doing as a standalone day hike.
