One of the most breathtaking spots in Bali and definitely one of the most beautiful beaches in Nusa Penida. Think crystal-clear turquoise water, dramatic limestone cliffs, white sand, and one of the most iconic viewpoints on the island.
The view from the top is absolutely stunning and honestly worth the trip on its own. If you’re up for it, you can walk down the famous cliffside stairs to reach the beach below it’s a bit of a steep climb, but the views all the way down are incredible. The descent usually takes around 15–20 minutes.
This is one of my favorite places for photos and that true “wow, I’m in Bali” feeling. Go early in the morning for softer light and fewer people, as it gets busy quite quickly.
My honest tip: enjoy the viewpoint and only go down if you’re comfortable with stairs and the climb back up, especially in the heat. Also be careful with the water, as the waves and currents can be strong, so it’s best to avoid swimming too far out.
