For one of the best views in Minneapolis, head to the top of the iconic Foshay Tower, a 1929 art deco skyscraper modeled after the Washington Monument. You'll find a small museum on the 30th floor detailing the tower's quirky history before you climb a final flight of stairs to the open-air observation deck. From here, you get a stunning 360-degree panorama of the city, with views stretching for miles on a clear day.
