Nestled within the VISUAL Centre for Contemporary Art, Lennons was a celebrated local gem known for its modern Irish cooking. It was the kind of place you'd go for a special lunch, enjoying dishes made with ingredients sourced from just down the road while gazing out at the Carlow Cathedral through floor-to-ceiling windows. Although this beloved restaurant is now permanently closed, it is remembered for its passionate cooking and stylish, art-filled setting.
