Mayon Volcano is an incredible and majestic sight in the Philippines. An active stratovolcano, it is renowned for its stunning symmetry and perfectly shaped cone. It stands 2,463 meters tall in the province of Albay, located at the southeastern tip of Luzon Island, with its surrounding landscape being declared as a national park in 1938. Its volcanic crater spans about 250m and it's one of the world's most symmetrical volcanoes. Not only that, but Mayon also has 85 lava flows and 7 cinder cones, making it a tourist spot perfect for those who always wanted to witness a real volcano in action!
