This is a nice roundtrip hike which is around 9,5km long. If you dont want to hike you can also visit most of the places by car ;-).

As it is a round trip you have different options to start the hike, but I would recommend to start in Bignasco and to download the Komoot App in advanced where you can see the detailed route.

First you start in the village Bignasco and follow the trail close to the river where you have a wonderful view into the canyon. At around 3km you will see another old small stone bridge (picture 2) from there you would usually cross the bridge, but you can also walk a little further up the mountain to some nice cabins with a waterfall and the continue the roundtrip. Then just follow the trail in the App and you will get to some other nice places like the stunning village Brontallo (picture 4)
