Cooking with Nature at Da Elda Natural Retreat

We had the chance to take part in a cooking class at Da Elda Natural Retreat, and it was such a special experience! What made it truly unique was that before we even started cooking, we went out with the chef to gather wild herbs and edible flowers from the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. Using these fresh ingredients, we prepared a variety of delicious dishes – and let me tell you, everything tasted absolutely amazing!

Although we didn’t stay overnight, what I saw of the hotel was stunning and if the rooms are just as good as the food, this would be a fantastic place to spend a few days exploring the region.
