The small beautiful village of Puntid is situated above the village of Foroglio. The hike is short and a little steep, but you will be rewarded with a lovely view. To get here, simply park at the parking lot in Foroglio and then walk through the village past the church. After that, just follow the hiking trail towards Puntid. The distance from the parking lot to the village is just about 1 km.

You can also visit the lower park of the waterfall if you want and you can hike further from the village Puntid. Here you will find a map of the route (if you dont want go closer to the waterfall, skip the points 2 & 3 in the map).

The 3rd picture was taken when you walk further in the upper valley behind the village Puntid.

Its also a nice place for a picnic at the wonderful blue river.
