Stórhöfðaviti is the lighthouse on the southernmost point of Vestmannaeyjar called Stórhöfði.

If you continue south from the Puffin Lookout you reach Stórhöfði. This is a perfect place for bird watching. You can also take a look on some other islands of Vestmanneyjar. The lighthouse Stórhöfðaviti is the oldest lighthouse of Iceland. And this place is also the windiest in Europe. The weather station at Stórhöfði has recorded several records within Europe.

The hike does also fit people who are not used to hike.
