The Biggie Smalls Mural is a tribute to the late rapper, Notorious B.I.G. The mural was painted by artist, Scott La Rockwell, and features a portrait of Biggie with the words “Spread Love It’s The Brooklyn Way”, around the corner of the building. The mural is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike to take pictures and pay homage to the late rapper.
