At Lionfish Snack Aruba, you can try the delicacy; Lionfish. The fish is caught by the owner, Patrick, himself and prepared every Saturday.

Lionfish are a non-native fish species that have a negative impact on the local ecosystem. Not only is it delicious to eat, but it is also environmentally sustainable! Every part of the lionfish is utilized here. For example, the fins are used to create jewelry that you can purchase.

Important: They are open only on Saturdays from 12-7:30 pm, and accept cash so plan your visit accordingly.
