Mul's Surf Bar is a beachside restaurant known for its affordable food, surfing lessons, and board rentals. I took my first surfing lesson here and was able to stand on the board after a few tries. It’s the perfect beach to learn at, as the waves are small and the water is shallow, allowing you to stand. I contacted them on WhatsApp +6287716608755 beforehand to schedule a lesson for 250K IDR a person ($15), and I also enjoyed a delicious lunch here after surfing.

Tip: Be cautious when renting boards from other beach shacks, as there are frequent scams in this area where they falsely claim you damaged their board and may become aggressive. Be sure to check reviews before renting from any spots here.
