Rumah Pohon" is an Instagram-famous treehouse in Nusa Penida. It is situated right on a cliff next to Thousand Island Viewpoint and has spectacular views. It's officially an Airbnb where you can spend the night, but I really don't recommend it as there are no amenities, and people line up on your balcony early in the morning to take pictures.

In my opinion, this spot is only worth it if you're looking to take a few photos. If you come at sunrise, there will be no crowds, and the view is amazing from here. If you come mid-day, expect many people to be waiting in line to take a photo for 2 minutes.
