Directions

Nestled in the foothills, Lyons is a charming and quirky town known as the "Double Gateway to the Rockies." You'll find a vibrant Main Street with unique, locally-owned shops and a friendly, artistic vibe. For a relaxing afternoon, you can stroll along the St. Vrain River which runs right through town, or for more adventure, explore the nearby hiking and biking trails at Hall Ranch or Heil Valley Ranch.

Insider Tips:

My personal favorite trail in the area is Button Rock Preserve: Sleepy Lion Trail. No dogs are allowed here sadly, but the trail runs along a river and ends at a beautiful lake (no swimming in the lake but a great spot for a picnic).
