A quintessential Colorado town nestled in the Rocky Mountains, offering a blend of outdoor adventure and relaxation. Key attractions include the world's largest hot springs pool, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park with cave tours and rides, and numerous trails for hiking and biking, such as the one to Hanging Lake. The Colorado River provides opportunities for rafting and fishing.

Insider Tips:

  • There are TWO hot springs in Glenwood Springs. I prefer Iron Mountain Hot Springs to Glenwood Springs. Iron Mountain offers a variety of pools and a recently added adults only section.

  • The mountain coaster at the adventure park on the mountain is so fun. I rode it 3 times in a row!

  • One of the most well known viral donut shops in Colorado is here: Coloradough (it's a must if you love donuts).

  • Visit the Troll on top of the mountain!

  • If you want to visit one of Colorado's most popular hikes (for good reason) make reservations for Hanging Lake.
