• If you're looking to hike, try Rabbit Mountain. It's the perfect little afternoon hike and is the MOST diverse ecosystem on the front range. If you visit in summer, watch for rattlesnakes.

• For an easy and beautiful lake walk during sunset, try Pella Crossing or Lagerman Reservoir.
