Kiva Koffeehouse in Escalante, Utah is easily one of the most scenic coffee shops that I've ever visited. This is a great stop right along the highway to grab delicious coffee and tasty bites. They're open seasonally on Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Definitely don't miss out on this gem!
