Lower Calf Creek Falls is one of the most popular hikes in Southern Utah, and for good reason. You hike through a scenic canyon alongside a creek before reaching Lower Calf Creek Falls; a towering 126 ft. waterfall truly feels like an oasis in the desert.

Lower Calf Creek Falls is truly a sight to behold. You can swim in the pool at the base of the waterfall, but prepare for the water to be cold. The trail itself is pretty mellow and very easy to navigate. Since hiking to Lower Calf Creek Falls is so popular, it’s important to stay on trail to avoid impacting the surrounding environment.
