The Ida Gulch Equestrian Trails are one of the best places to take photos in Moab. The trails weave along the base of Pariott Mesa with views of The Rectory, Mother Superior, and Castleton Town. There are already a lot of trails in the area, so stay on existing trails or in the washes to avoid disrupting the cryptobiotic soil in the area. I recommend coming at sunset to enjoy the alpenglow on the rock walls.
