The Ponta do Sol Pier is a gem on the west coast of Madeira, boasting a unique architectural design with a wide round arch made of regional stone. Built in 1849, it served as a safe and spacious pier for the town. It's a fabulous spot to enjoy a meal or drink at the restaurant and bar or a sunset overlooking the picturesque Ponta do Sol Beach.
