Brock's Place is a cheap campsite next to Hobbiton. It has nice amenities, including clean toilets and hot showers, which is great considering how cheap it is. The surrounding farm land is absolutely beautiful, you feel like you're waking up in the Shire. I recommend waking up early to catch the sunrise.
