Wētā Workshop Unleashed is a fully immersive, walk-through experience that takes people on a journey through the magic of movie-making. There are two Wētā Workshops in New Zealand: in Auckland and in Wellington. The Auckland branch is centered on special effects and props.

Lord of the Rings fans, you must visit ! There are several costumes and weapons from the movies on display, as well as plenty of souvenirs to bring back home with you (maps, books, trinkets, statues, models, swords and more!). Wētā can even send your bigger items abroad for you.
