Curio Bay is a beautiful stretch of coastline with a mix of sandy beach and rocky shore. On a calm day you can swim or even surf here, and if you are lucky you might see Hector’s dolphins playing near the waves. The area is also great for walks along the shore and for spotting wildlife, including birds and seals. It is an easy place to stop, enjoy the scenery, and maybe get some amazing photos of the ocean and wildlife.
