Rainbow Reach Bridge is a long swing bridge just outside Te Anau that takes you over the Waiau River and into the forest. It is an easy and peaceful stop and you can reach it by a short walk from the car park. The bridge moves a little under your feet which makes it fun and the view over the clear blue water is beautiful. From here you can also join part of the Kepler Track if you want a longer walk, but even just crossing the bridge and enjoying the river is a nice break during your drive.
