The Te Anau Waterfront Walkway is an easy lakeside walk with peaceful views and a relaxed vibe. It follows the edge of Lake Te Anau and is perfect for a slow walk at sunset or in the morning. On clear nights it can be a great place for stargazing and if you are lucky you might even catch the southern lights. We actually saw them from here and it was unreal watching the sky glow over the lake.
