Jing'an Temple, located in the bustling downtown area of Shanghai, is a famous temple with a history of over 780 years. Originally built in the Three Kingdoms Period, it was later relocated and reconstructed, opening to the public in 1990. Visitors can admire the impressive jade Buddha statue and explore the Mahavira Hall, the Hall of Heavenly Kings, and the Three-Sage Hall. The temple also hosts an annual Temple Fair, adding to its cultural significance and attracting both locals and tourists seeking a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
