Gardena Pass is a wonderfully picturesque mountain pass in the Italian Dolomites. Connecting two valleys, Val Gardena and Val Badia, you are likely to drive through it at least once as you explore the area.

We parked in a free lot called Parcheggio Rifugio Frara an hour before sunset. Gardena Pass offers mind-blowing views around every corner. Plus, it boasts several opportunities for short hikes and photo ops. You do not need to walk far to observe views like this!
