The 2.2 km beachfront promenade along the Strand, with swimming, a stinger-safe rock pool, free BBQs, playgrounds and cafes, and Magnetic Island across the water. An easy place to walk off dinner or catch a sunrise over the bay. Free parking, but it fills early on weekends.
