Come see one of our most magical sights, the three brilliant red torii gates of Ōuo Shrine. Depending on when you visit, you'll have a completely different experience—at high tide, the gates seem to float mystically on the surface of the Ariake Sea, while at low tide, you can walk right out across the seabed to stand at their base. It's an unforgettable view, especially at sunrise or sunset, and easily reached from the nearby car park.
