While both Vjosa and Osumi offer Class II-III rapids, the Osumi Canyon is generally considered the more thrilling rafting in Albania, with higher water levels, more intense rapids and better views (steep canyon) during its prime season (spring). Water levels in summer are too low for rafting, kayaking might still be possible.
