Ferry terminal with two options:

• Ferry ride between Koman and Fierza, offering 2.5–3 hours of breathtaking views through steep cliffs and lush greenery. The ferry operates daily, with departures from Koman at 9:00 AM and from Fierza at 1:00 PM .(2.5–3h, €10 pp, €30-60/car, €13/ bicycle, and €25/motorcycle)

• Boat tour to the picturesque but extremely touristy Shala River, known as the "Thailand of Albania" (1h one way, dropped there for 4h and then return, €20 pp). Arrange at one of the guesthouses in Koman.
