Graemsay Low Lighthouse, located on the northern side of the island, was built in 1851 by Alan Stevenson. Standing at 12 meters high, this cylindrical tower with a black lantern and white paint job guides ships with its white isophase light every 3 seconds. It can be seen from the coast path close to the campsite in Stromness
