Esha Ness Lighthouse, located on the Northmavine peninsula in the Shetland Islands, Scotland, stands tall at the westernmost tip near Calder's Geo. Built between 1925 and 1929 by the famous Stevenson family, this lighthouse flashes white every 12 seconds with a range of 25 nautical miles. The 12-meter high square tower, made of concrete due to local stone limitations, replaced a temporary structure from 1915. Automated in 1974, the former keepers' accommodation now serves as holiday lodging, offering a unique experience in a remote and picturesque setting.
