Loop
The hiking route that goes from Cerro Torre to Laguna Capri and the Fitz Roy viewpoint is one of the most popular in the Patagonia region of Argentina. It is located in Los Glaciares National Park, in the province of Santa Cruz, and offers breathtaking views of the mountain peaks and glaciers in the area. The route begins in the town of El Chaltén and continues west along the main trail through the national park. The first part of the hike heads towards Cerro Torre, one of the most emblematic mountains in the region, with a height of 3,102 meters. We went in the afternoon and the light was a bit harsh for photography, so go in the morning.
