Get ready for some of the most dramatic coastal views in Iceland at Dyrhólaey. From the upper viewpoints near the historic lighthouse, you'll see the famous massive rock arch and stunning panoramas of the endless black sand beaches stretching in both directions. In the summer, the cliffs come alive with nesting puffins, and you can often get quite close to them. There are both upper and lower parking areas, with a scenic walking path connecting them, so be sure to explore both to take in all the incredible scenery.
