The Cory Pass Trail in Banff National Park is a challenging yet rewarding hike that offers stunning views of the Canadian Rockies.
Stats: 13km loop, 900 meter elevation gain, about 5-6 hours.
You will see incredible mountains right away including Mount Cory and the Sundance Range. The trail takes you through Gargoyle Valley and around Mount Edith before descending via Edith Pass. It is a tough but rewarding hike! I would bring hiking poles if I were you because some sections are a bit of a scramble.
