The Huemul Glacier near El Chalten, Argentina is a hidden gem for hikers looking to explore a short and easy trail with stunning views of mountains, a glacier, and a bright blue lake. The hike is only 3 kilometers roundtrip with a bit of steepness towards the end, but totally worth it for the spectacular scenery. Don't forget to keep an eye out for wild huemuls (south Andean deer) and bring some bug spray just in case!

This hike is at the end of a long gravel road close to Lago Del Desierto. It is doable in a sedan car
