Get ready to be captivated by Hvítserkur, a striking basalt sea stack that locals say resembles a dragon or troll frozen in time, taking a drink from the sea. After a short drive on a gravel road, you'll find a parking area with a viewing platform. For the best views and photos, take the steep, approximately 10-minute trail down to the black sand beach, where you can walk right up to this magnificent natural sculpture during low tide and might even spot some seals lounging on the shore.
