Restrictions

Every year, some corners of Menorca are subject to access restrictions.

Typical restrictions are listed below, although they may be subject to change at the last minute:

MACARELLA AND MACARELLETA

From May 23rd to September 30th, access is limited to public transport only. However, in some years, this restriction may begin on June 1st.

FAVÀRTIX

CALA TORTUGA - CALA PRESILI - S'ESCALA - ES PORTITXOL - MONGOFRA

From July 1st to September 30th, Favàritx can only be accessed by bus from Maó, by taxi or with accredited excursion companies. The nearest car park is about 3 kilometers away.

PUNTA NATI

From July 1st to August 31st, access is limited to non-residents. Entry is permitted exclusively by bus from 8:00pm to 8:30pm, but the times are adjusted weekly based on sunset.

BINIBÈQUER VELL | BINIBECA VELL

From May 1st to October 1st, it is possible to visit Binibèquer Vell only from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
