Dunnet Head Lighthouse is a cool 19th-century lighthouse perched on a cliff in Scotland. Standing at 66 feet tall, it was built by Robert Stevenson, the grandpa of Robert Louis Stevenson (yep, the Treasure Island guy!). The lighthouse got automated in 1989, so no more keepers hanging out there. Now it's all high-tech and checked remotely from Edinburgh. So, if you're ever up north in Caithness, make sure to swing by and give this historic beacon a nod!
